Do you work with startups?
We work with businesses at various stages, but we look for founders who have a proven offer and are ready to invest in their brand infrastructure. Early-stage startups pre-revenue may not be the right fit.
What is the minimum commitment?
All our services are retainer-based with a minimum 3-month commitment. This ensures we can deliver meaningful, compounding results — not superficial quick wins.
How many clients do you take on?
We intentionally limit our client roster to maintain quality. We typically open 2-3 new spots per quarter. When we are at capacity, we maintain a waitlist.
Do you offer one-off projects?
Yes — selectively. While our core model is retainer-based, we do take on one-off projects for the right brands. If the scope, timeline, and fit are aligned, we are open to the conversation.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application personally within 48 business hours. Qualified applicants are invited to a no-pressure discovery call to explore fit and goals.
Can I work with you on all three services?
Yes. Many clients start with one service and expand into a full creative partnership. We offer bundled retainer options for full-service clients.
